As an additional service, the following health screens are provided to assist in identifying pregnant women, infants, and children who may need assistance with coping skills, development, or behavior concerns.

Ages and Stages Questionnaires-Social Emotional (ASQ-SE)

This screening is to assist in identifying infants and young children whose social or emotional competence differs in some way from expectations using parental/guardian involvement. This screen is to ensure that appropriate referrals and follow-up for comprehensive assessments and mental health management are completed when there is a concern.

Ages and Stages Questionnaires 3 (ASQ3)

This screening is to assist in identifying infants and young children whose developmental competence differs in some way from expectations using parental/guardian involvement. This screen is to ensure that appropriate referrals and follow-up for comprehensive assessments and development management are completed when there is a concern.

Edinburgh Perinatal Depression Screen (EPDS)

The purpose of this screen is to identify women affected by perinatal depression. This screen is to provide appropriate referral and early intervention during the prenatal and/or postpartum period for women with depression risk.

Bright Smiles from Birth

Bright Smiles from Birth is a tooth-protection program for children from age 0-3 with at least 4 teeth. Flouride varnish can be applied to help prevent cavities.
