Welcome to MadCAP

The Madison County AIDS Program (MadCAP) was established in 1987 and has been a pillar of strength to the entire HIV community. As a program of CYHS, MadCAP has adapted to the changing needs of individuals in its continuum of care spectrum. The mission of MadCAP is to "prevent the spread of HIV and to respond to the needs of people infected or affected by HIV/AIDS while recognizing and respecting the dignity and privacy of all individuals in a non-judgmental way."

MadCAP’s staff members have over eighteen years of experience in providing exceptional services for the community. The Prevention and Case Management programs work hand in hand to link clients with healthcare, treatment, mental health, dental care, and other services needed to maintain continuity of care.
